Ingredients
1 cup finely grated beetroot (with the peel)
* 2 cups finely grated carrot
* 1/2 cup cashews soaked
* 1 cup date paste
* 1/4 tsp elaichi powder (cardamom)
* Pinch of saffron (kesar)
* slivered almonds for garnish
Directions
Steam the grated carrot & beetroot for 5 to 7 min
Blend cashews to make a thick cream.
In a pan add the beetroot and carrot add cashew cream and date paste
Once all mixes well add saffron and cardamom
Garnish with slivered almonds
Serve it with love
