Ingredients
2 cups cabbage very finely chopped
1 cup cucumber sliced
1 cup corn steamed
1 cup onion
2 tbsp dill leaves chopped
1 tbsp lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Any green available
Directions
- Add salt in the chopped cabbage and keep it for 40 min. This action helps activate an excellent nutrient called sulforaphane which helps fight against toxins, inflammation, DNA damage and free-radicals . This boosts our defence against aging, neurodegenerative disease and cancer.
- Add all the ingredients and mix well.
