Ingredients
300 ml almond /cashew/coconut milk
200 gm mixed dry-fruits (figs, dates, raisins)
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
Directions
- Soak the dry-fruits in the coconut cream for 2 to 3 hours and keep it in the fridge. As the dry fruits get softer blend then to smooth paste
- Freeze it for 4 to 5 hours – Every 1 hour, take the mix out of the freezer and stir/blend. Do it till its nicely smooth and frozen. It takes approx. 5 such iterations i.e. 5 hours
- Scoop and serve the ice-cream in an ice-cream bowl
- Garnish it with roasted nuts and seeds
