- 1 cup jowar flour (sorghum)
- ½ cup steamed mashed potatoes
- 1 tbsp sesame butter
- 1/2 tsp ginger and chili paste
- Salt to taste
Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl and bind them together rwith hot water in a tight dough.
Roll out thin roti and use flour to roll if required.
Roast the roti on a skillet.
