Ingredients
1 cup idli batter to make button idlis or regular idlis chopped into 4 pieces
2 tbsp palak / spinach puree
2 cups steamed mixedVegetables (Cabbage, Carrots, beans, peas) cut long thick stripes
1/2 cup onions chopped
1/2 cup capsicum
Salt
Ingredients for Tadka
1/2 tsp Udat daal
1/2 tsp chana daal
1/4 mustard seeds
Pinch – hing
5 to 6 curry leaves
1 tbsp green chilli and ginger chopped
Directions
- To make idlis
Add palak purée to the idli batter and steam it - Heat the pan add tadka, onions and capsicum and sauté for 5 to 7 min.
- Add Vegetables, salt, chilli powder, rasam or chutney pudi masala.
- Add idlis.
- Garnish with coriander and serve with love.
