Ingredients
2 cups tender coconut cream
5 tbsp date paste
2-3 tbsp Finely chopped almonds roasted
2-3 tbsp Finely chopped pistachio roasted
Few strands of saffron (kesar)
1 tsp elaichi powder (cardamom)
Directions
- Blend all ingredients except nuts in a high speed blender.
- Mix in the nuts with a spatula.
- Pour the mixture in an ice tray and set in the freezer for few hours.
- Demould and serve.
