Ingredients
- 1 large Carrot
- 1 small Potato
- 1 inch Ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 handful chopped Coriander Leaves
- 75g or 3/4 cup Besan
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
Directions
Grate the carrot and potato with the skin.
Grate the ginger
Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl (except besan)
Sift besan (to avoid lumps) on top of the ingredients in the bowl.
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly using your hands and make a dough.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Take out small pieces from the dough and roll into a balls and place them on the baking tray leaving 2 inch of gap in between.
Compress down slightly if you want them to be more like patties.
Bake in a preheated oven (250C) for about 25 minutes.
