Ingredients
1 cup steel cut or rolled oats
1/4 cup sunflower or any seed available
3 tbsp of roasted & coarsely chopped cashews
3 tbsp of roasted & coarsely chopped walnuts
2 tbsp sesame
2 tbsp hemp seeds (optional)
2 tbsp holy basil or chia seed
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp peanut butter
3 tbsp date paste
Directions
- Roast the oats in a pan for 5 to 7 min and keep it aside in a bowl
- Add seeds and roast – then chia or holy basil seeds roast it
- Take all the ingredients and mix well
- Press the mixture in a baking dish evenly.
- Chill the mixture for 30 min until fully firm.
- Slice it into square pieces or roll them to make power balls
- If refrigerated, it will last for 2 to 3 weeks
