Ingredients
1 cup steamed raw bananas
½ cup unpeeled diced carrots
1/3 cup almond mylk
1 small onion chopped
6-7 cloves garlic
1 tsp chili flakes
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Direction
- Steam bananas and carrots.
- Put all the ingredients in the grinder and grind into a smooth paste.
- This cheese can be served as a dip with vegetable sticks or corn crackers or you could put dollops of it on a bed of finely shredded vegetables.
