Ingredients
2 cups of mixed vegetables chopped and steamed (carrot, beans, peas, cauliflower, potatoes, any vegetable to your liking or availability
1/2 cup onions chopped
1/2 cup capsicum chopped
1/2 tsp jeera (cumin)
Pinch of hing
1 tbsp Ginger garlic chilli paste
1/2 tsp of chilli powder
1 tsp of coriander powder
1/2 tsp of anchor powder
1/4 tsp of garam masala
1 tbsp Kasturi methi
Salt to taste
Sesame seeds to garnish
Directions
- Heat the pan add jeera and hing.
- Add onions and sauté till it turns translucent
- Add capsicum and sauté for 2 mins
- Sprinkle water if you feel its burning as we use no oil
- Add mixed vegetables
- Add ginger garlic chilli paste and sauté for a min
- Add the masala and Kasturi methi and switch off the flame
- Garnish with sesame seeds and coriander leaves and serve it with love
