Ingredients
½ kg bhindi cut lengthwise
2 onions cut lengthwise
2 tomatoes cut lengthwise
1 tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp amchur powder
2 tsp coriander powder and cumin powder
2 tbsp grated coconut
2 tbsp peanuts
1 tbsp green chilli and ginger
Salt to taste
Turmeric to taste
Coriander to garnish and filling
Directions
- Mix ginger, chilly, grated coconut, peanuts, coriander powder blend it into a paste
- Stuff the paste in the bhindi and steam. The color should remain green. Amchur prevents the bhindi from becoming sticky.
- Heat the pan add jeera and hing
- Saute the onion in a kadhai on high flame. When it becomes brown, add tomatoes and saute for 30 seconds.
- Add bhindi to this and mix.
- Garnish with coriander
