Ingredients
Rajma
2 cups- Rajma soaked overnight and cooked
1 tbsp – Garlic chopped
1 cup – Onions finely chopped
1 cup – Tomatoes finely chopped
1 tbsp – Jalapeños
1 tbsp Sesame
1 tsp red chilly or peri-peri powder
Salt to taste
Coriander to garnish

Heat the pan – add sesame -add onions and garlic – add tomatoes – cook them -add salt -red chilli –
Rice
1 cup -Black or red rice soaked over night and cooked
Salt to taste
Chillie flakes
1 tsp garlic
Preparation for Rice
Heat the pan -add garlic – dry roast them – add chillie flakes and rice
Salsa
1/2 cup onions
1/2 cup tomatoes
1/2 cup corn
Green chilli
Salt to taste
Lemon
Coriander
Preparation for Salsa
Mix all the ingredients
How to serve all of them
Arrange all 3 in a bowl and serve

serve it in separate bowls
