Ingredients
250 gm tofu
4 Tomatoes
2 onions
1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup cashews soaked over night and make it into paste
1/2 tsp of Garam masala
2 cups water
1/2 tsp of red chilli
Salt to taste
Directions
- In the hot pan – add cumin-( jeera) , hing , turmeric , ginger garlic paste, onions, salt, tomatoes , sauté them add cashew paste add water.
- Let everything cook.
- Add tofu and chilli and garam masala.
- Serve it with gluten-free rotis.
