Ingredients
1 cup ripe avocado
1 cup kiwi
Handful of spinach
Few sprigs of mint
6 – 8 dates soaked
2 – 3 ice cubes
1 tbsp chia/sabja(holy basil) seeds soaked in 3 tbsp water
Directions
Blend all ingredients in high speed until smooth. Add water if necessary.
Serve in a tall chilled glass.
